Project Management Office

The PMO (Project Management Office) at charmhealth is responsible for ensuring our Projects are professionally and ethically managed using industry best practices tailored to meet the needs of our projects. The PMO is not only responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with the business requirements (Cost, Time and Quality) as defined by the customer contract for external projects, or, the Business Case for internal projects, but also that the benefits of the projects and our solutions are realised.

The PMO is comprised of Project Managers and a Project Coordinator who have experience in delivering significant projects across a wide range of technology and healthcare engagements.

Project Managers are responsible for the project from Project Initiation to Project Closure. Developing the Project Plan, monitoring and controlling the project, managing risks and issues, communications management including the reporting the progress and status of the project to the various project stakeholders and finally a successful handover to a BAU (Business as Usually) situation.
