Client and Clinical Services

The Client and Clinical Services Team at charmhealth encompasses Client Services and Product Management.

The Clinical and Client Services team at charmhealth is led by clinically qualified specialists with experience working in the healthcare industry. These professionals have a thorough working knowledge of charmhealth’s software and the clinical training and experience to communicate effectively with user groups throughout hospitals and/or treatment centres.

A working knowledge of common systems, processes and protocols employed in healthcare environments gives these professionals the ideal skills for configuring and tuning systems within a clinical setting. They are able to provide expert training and guidance focused on producing a productive end user experience.

In addition to assisting in the technical and clinical configuration of the charmhealth applications the Clinical and Client Services team provide Client support in Help Desk Incident Management and dedicated Account Management

The team also boasts a highly skilled team of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) from within the Healthcare Domain. The SME role is critical to the design and development of the existing and future charmhealth’s products.
The SME ‘s responsibility cover development and maintenance of Product Roadmaps, System Design, Implementation and Support of our products.
